Google account information
The automation uses Google account access granted by an account owner to read selected spreadsheets and Drive files and send Gmail messages. Depending on the configured workflow, processed information may include names, contact details, appointment dates, reminder content and delivery results. Permissions shown during Google authorization govern the access granted.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to perform configured reminders, reports, tests and operational auditing. Configured recipient addresses and phone numbers determine where messages are sent. During the controlled school trial, student messages are redirected to authorized test recipients, while reports may contain source student information for accuracy checks.
Processing uses Google services, Railway-hosted n8n and its configured database. Email uses Gmail; WhatsApp uses Supergreen and WhatsApp; operational alerts use Slack. Information needed for a configured message or report is transmitted to the relevant service and authorized recipients. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized AI models.
Storage and control
Connected-account authorization is stored in the automation's credential system, not on this information site. Operational records and delivery/audit metadata may be retained in configured spreadsheets, Drive resources and the automation database. There is no published fixed retention period; contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
You can revoke Google account access through your Google account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored records.

These pages have no forms, advertising, analytics scripts or Google sign-in. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to serve and secure the website.
